Honourable chief guest, President, Excellencies present, Dignitaries, , Personnels- Police Department, Forest Department and all other departments. Teachers and students coming from different schools, ladies and gentlemen and my dear brothers and sisters.
Feeling happy and gladness, I say happy 70th Independence Day to all of you and many whole heartedly greetings as well.
I am extremely honoured to stand before you on this special occasion of 15 August which is the 70th anniversary of our country. This day is to remember our great leaders for their endless support against the British power to give us the freedom that we enjoy today.
The great dream of our freedom fighters, nationalists and revolutionaries was realized on 15 August 1947, when India became free and independent. It was an epoch- making event of great significance, which ushered in an era of liberty, self rule and prosperity for our nation. Since then 15 August has been celebrated all over India as our Independence Day. It is a national festival – a day to remember our bygone patriots who laid down their lives for the freedom of our motherland. We should be really proud to be born in India as it is a nation which gave birth to charismatic leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Ravindranath Tagore, B.R. Ambedkar and Subhash Chandra Bose. It is our duty to pay homage and tribute to all those who have laid down their lives to provide freedom from foreign dominance. Inspite of India’s 70th annivarsary completion there are many problems existing in India. Some of those are- curruption, population explosion, unemployment, theft, robbery, rape, poverty, lack of quality education in rural areas, terrorism, bribing, misadministration etc. We are free citizen now, but we are like slave of someone even today , not at all. Some Indian feel greatness to be born in India but some are trying to make India slave again like in British power was. Dreadful sin, Rape, is being committed daily by persons more worse than animals. Crime rate is increasing continuousaly and tremendously day by day in India. India is a developing nation and we are trying to enlist it in the category of developed natin. But question is that in these increasing crime and curruption rates how can India be developed? Think and decide what to do for the prosperity of Mother India. World’s greatest democracy, India, how can it be world’s super power? Matter is of thinking and also of changing the currupt mindset. Over all we proud of our country and I am feeling proud to myself as I am the part of it. In last I would like to conclude my view with a short rememberance of Mother India and her loving fighters. Jai Hind Jai Bharat( Victory to India Victory to Hind).
